Working where signal is limited?

Some diagnostic work can be saved on the device, and previously cached boiler information can be available offline. Online AI requests and server syncing require a connection. Availability depends on what has already been loaded and saved on that device; check its save status before leaving the job.

Can I download it now?

GasTrack is preparing for its Google Play launch. Public availability is not yet confirmed. The download section links to the intended Android listing.

Can I move my existing records?

GasTrack includes data import tools for supported record formats. Contact support to check your existing export and the fields that can be imported before moving data.

Does Luna make the final diagnosis?

No. Luna provides AI-assisted support based on the information available. You carry out the checks, review the evidence and record the final assessment.

Is every boiler fully covered?

No universal coverage is claimed. Manufacturer references, service procedures, fault codes and parts mappings vary by model.
